“Amazing place! Me and my coworkers placed a mobile order yesterday, and I went to pick up the order. Not only was the order ready when I arrived, but after I placed a separate small order and dropped my coworkers order of Horchata on the ground the young ladies behind the counter offered to remake it with no charge. Thank you young ladies for helping save the day and thank you Frio for being a staple of our community! Well done!“

“Seth's Coffee is not just a coffee shop, it is a whole experience. The coffee is carefully crafted and amazing. The pastries are unique and tasty. And the customer service is beyond great - not only does this crew have fun working together but they are genuinely kind to each customer. Their presence in downtown makes Appleton a great community. I go there daily.“

“I have been going to Bona Fide before 2020. It’s amazing to see their business grow and getting to try new menu items throughout each season. Can’t go wrong with energy balls, protein milk, and a smoothie bowl! 😋 I plan on trying their protein and collagen powders next!“

“Drive thru is extremely slow, but the coffee is amazing. So you just have to make sure you have extra time it the morning.“
“I love this dunkin. Anytime I go there they're so full of energy, sweet and fast to help me with my personal customizations. I had 2 girls for a contest when I couldn't decide what to get somebody else and called back with the ratings. I also got the pleasure of asking my boyfriend to be my boyfriend with the manager writing it on the cup. I absolutely adore this team.“

“Worst. Got like a half pound of coffee back when I asked for my full pound to be ground. I won’t be back.
Edit: they at least made it right by sending me an additional pound of coffee. I’ll still check everything their employees do tho; I don’t trust their training.“

“Chai tea latte is good, house made not too sweet but not much spice, but you can taste the black tea so that is a plus.
One note is that they put gluten free cookies in the same display case as the rest so not sure on gluten safety.“

“All the staff here are 10/10 amazing. I never have a poor experience. I go to Starbucks like every day. I'm sure they have my order down pat! Service is always extraordinary. I love it at this location. I've never had great service at any other location. I'll drive to this one rather then others, just for the service alone! They remember us as a client and are so pleasant ☺“

“The food was amazing! First time coming here and Ashley was so friendly and attentive! I liked everything and I wanna come back again! I recommend this place for Puerto Rican food to anyone! The pinto beans were so soft and tasty! The coconut-passion fruit frappe tasted so good and it had little chunks of coconut! Thanks to Ashley, Robeliz and everyone there for your service! 😊😊“

“A hidden gem coffee roaster in Appleton and well worth the stop just to meet the owner, Dan. Very friendly when he isn’t busy as a bee with local orders for the fox valley. No longer a cafe but if you see his van from 41, you won’t be disappointed.“
“You've not had tea, until you've had tea at Fava. I love their TEA-ser sampler bags. They help me decide which are my favorite then I can buy the big bag. I honestly thought tea was only OK until I bought tea here. So tasty, I highly recommend.“

“Working at the mall I come here every day, and can always count of feeling welcome. Customer service is great, and even on the busiest days I can count on the service being fast and efficient. Not to mention the coffee here is easily better than the other spots around the mall.“
“7Brew is a great place to get a coffee or energy drink for a quick pick-me-up! Even when there is a line the 7Brew crew works quickly to get customers their orders and get them on their way! RARELY have I waited more than 10 minutes and that was when they were first opening / switching from winter/spring hours and their staffing was a little weird yet. They are fully staffed and appear to be training more staff for their soon to be opening west side location!“
