I work here and know most the people are very kind and considering, we will give you anything you need if you ask, ofc if you payed minus water/condiments/bags. People are complaining about having to wait 5 minutes wich rarely happens and when it does we are very busy, yes this is fast food but it's not instant. Lower your expectations. I mean it's mcdonalds not some classy restaurant. This may be partial because I work here but I think it's one of the most honest reviews here. Thank you.“
