“DePere location Listen, I've been coming Here since I moved to the area and always loved the bakery and quality of it. Customer service was usually spot on as well. NORMALLY, I do not not go on to bash a business that I generally love. But today I had it, since Mike has passed the quality just isn't there but I kept going and buying especially when family would come to visit. This time I was in on Saturday 10/5/24. I was asked how many I would be getting. I told the girl I am not sure but it will be at least 10 or more. Which It was, I spent 63$ in there. I came home with 2 large boxes and one small one because i wanted the cookie that i ordered to be separated. It was for my nephew that is younger. Those 2 larger boxes could have been made into 3! I will inclose a picture of the poor packing and now donuts that are mush and squashed. I don't want to be cruel and say it was their lack of common sense or was it laziness? 63$ and that's what we get? Is that how customers and your product is treated? Carelessness ontop of other things I could say. Perhaps I should have looked it over before leaving, but I think if I did the helper would have grown more impatient than she already was and probably damage my bakery even worse/more.“

The size medium was $6.32, and I got charged even more than a size medium, $6.42 ..(?) “I order on the app for in store pick up (to avoid chances of longer lines) several times a week and always order the same thing. Hit or miss on how well it’s prepared but usually it is fine. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve had to wait beyond latest pick up time a handful of times to see them engrossed in conversation and I end up late to my appointment. Not the end of the world but is frustrating at the time. This is completely not their fault (I imagine) but why does it still smell so bad in the front?! Makes me sick so I avoid breathing while walking in or go thru the side door. Noticed it since day one as I’ve been coming since they opened and thought it was new building stuff but not so much at this point.“

Yes, I understand its a roasters, not a coffee shop, but in the sense that they sell coffee bags that are roasted, there's not many choices.

Although they did have a ton on machinery pots, the ones that you put into your coffee machine, and from the name private Lable Coffee, im assuming the point is to get your own coffee out into the world.

There were not many choices in coffee bags, but my relative did, in fact, bought one. It was the plainest. The rest were flavored like marshmallows and other flavors.

BUT.
BIG BUT.

It was clean, and if you do like flavored coffee, this is the place! And it was a good price. 17 bucks for a sizable bag.

Don't take my review as a bad review. I think it's a wonderful place.

And the coffee does smell look good. It does, in fact, have a wonderful taste.

And for customers, it does have very nice coffee.
And there's no point giving this place anything below 5 stars because it did, in fact, have a good price, a nice bag, and a good vibe. The rest is only my confusion“

Not only did the cashier (team leader) remember my family from the last time we visited (awhile ago), she even remembered our small talk discussion how we both grew up in the same small town. What an amazing worker you have to have such a great memory and customer service skills. She excels in building relationships with customers and you should be so proud to have her as part of your team. In addition she made my boys day; when I said ‘no’ to buying a cake pop, she leaned towards my youngest and whispered to him that she’d get them both one, and it’d be her treat. “Fantastic lunch and dining experience today at Java!

Thanks to the two gals working at the front that helped us decide on lunch. We went with an egg style burrito, simply delicious full of spinach and other vegetable goodies, high and protein, and simply scrumptious.

We accompanied our lunch with an iced espresso drink made with coconut milk also fantastic. I really love the espresso here. It has that bittersweet bite like dark chocolate.

This restaurant was extremely easy to find off the highway and extremely clean. Including the bathrooms. Thank you all and thanks to the manager for training your staff perfectly. Everyone was outgoing, friendly, and offered us old-fashioned. Courtesy can’t wait to come back for more goodies. Namaste.“

“I was to go to a different place. But I moved recently so I had to find a new place on my way to work. But I think this is some of the best coffee I've ever had. It doesn't have an aftertaste and doesn't taste like chemicals. I get the large iced white chocolate mocha. The expresso is always rich and creamy. It almost never has a bitter taste to it. The price is good too. They seal the drink with a different kind of top so they can tip it over to mix the mocha and make the whole drink cold so there isnt any hot spots. I love this place. And if you get a punch card your 13th drink is free. Thank you for the consistently great job. Keep it up.“
