I couldn’t figure out how to delete the order and the manager was so sweet and patient cause I couldn’t figure out the app she gave me my food anyways. I definitely appreciate the kindness I was shown, excellent customer service.“

“We were training both of our cats for a move. In trying to get both cats to associate cars with good things we drove through and got drinks and pup cups. while in a parking lot both cats eventually enjoyed their pup cups. This is just one of them. The associates at the window were so nice even though they had a long line and were so busy. Highly recommend.“

“Seth's Coffee is not just a coffee shop, it is a whole experience. The coffee is carefully crafted and amazing. The pastries are unique and tasty. And the customer service is beyond great - not only does this crew have fun working together but they are genuinely kind to each customer. Their presence in downtown makes Appleton a great community. I go there daily.“

“Amazing place! Me and my coworkers placed a mobile order yesterday, and I went to pick up the order. Not only was the order ready when I arrived, but after I placed a separate small order and dropped my coworkers order of Horchata on the ground the young ladies behind the counter offered to remake it with no charge. Thank you young ladies for helping save the day and thank you Frio for being a staple of our community! Well done!“

“I absolutely adore Shellattes. I’m here from New Mexico and my friend brought me here as I staying with her in Neenah. I’ve been here everyday for 4 straight days. I love the coffee esp. lattes and appreciate the variety of sugar free syrups. I’ve had a scone, the Door County baked oatmeal and a strawberry rhubarb cheesecake. All are homemade and absolutely delicious! I also love the gently used bookstore part of the coffee shop as I’m an avid book reader and love that they have thrifty Knick knacks you can buy as well. Comfortable seating with a couch, easy chairs and tables and chairs. A variety of places to sit so I can have my coffee, eat some super delicious food and read a book. This place is totally my vibe! Totally would recommend this place. Oh and the prices are so reasonable. I’d pay double for this in New Mexico.“

“I have been going to Bona Fide before 2020. It’s amazing to see their business grow and getting to try new menu items throughout each season. Can’t go wrong with energy balls, protein milk, and a smoothie bowl! 😋 I plan on trying their protein and collagen powders next!“

“The food was amazing! First time coming here and Ashley was so friendly and attentive! I liked everything and I wanna come back again! I recommend this place for Puerto Rican food to anyone! The pinto beans were so soft and tasty! The coconut-passion fruit frappe tasted so good and it had little chunks of coconut! Thanks to Ashley, Robeliz and everyone there for your service! 😊😊“

“Chai tea latte is good, house made not too sweet but not much spice, but you can taste the black tea so that is a plus.
One note is that they put gluten free cookies in the same display case as the rest so not sure on gluten safety.“

“All the staff here are 10/10 amazing. I never have a poor experience. I go to Starbucks like every day. I'm sure they have my order down pat! Service is always extraordinary. I love it at this location. I've never had great service at any other location. I'll drive to this one rather then others, just for the service alone! They remember us as a client and are so pleasant ☺“

“Our child care center came in today for a field trip and the staff was absolutely phenomenal! The store was clean and inviting and the staff were amazing. This is one of the best locations and we will definitely be coming back ! Manager Samantha Jeske was extremely accommodating and this by far exceeded our expectations !“
