“I am always impressed by the service provided by the staff at this specific location.Today around 3PM, I was made aware that my family would be putting our dog down later this week, my best buddy. Naturally, I made a plan to visit my parents to spend time with our good boy this afternoon. I decided to stop by this Starbucks to pick up a chai and a treat (pup cups), so that Petey could feel a little extra special. As I ordered, it was difficult for me to get my order out, as I was holding back tears with a cracked voice. When I got to the window, the barista asked me how I was doing (totally normal). I said I was fine, but you know, when you’re asked and you’re not fine, and trying to be fine, you can’t hold emotions back that are this strong. I couldn’t hold back tears, and even before I could explain anything, they decided to have either them or the house take care of my coffee and two pup cups. I tried to hand the cash that I would have paid for the order as a tip for their kindness. When I had asked, “Well, can I at least tip you with what I would have paid?”.. I was responded with, “Absolutely not!”The empathy and kindness was very much appreciated and the employee went above and beyond to add a little sparkle to my not-so-fortunate, dark day. It wasn’t necessary, but many times it’s the little things that make a huge impact.Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for that extra care today! “Who is starbucks? Havnt been to a Starbucks since this place opened. Not only are the drinks and food top tier but the staff is amazing. I'm there almost every day and the small conversations really make my day. They are all so friendly. 100% my favorite coffee place.“
“I enjoi having lunch and breakfast @ McDonald's. Unfortunately the app caused an issue w/ ingredients so the order was incorrect. The manager that worked most of the times I go in was happy to hlp even though I nvr was able to come in and get my coupon .These guys are great“
“I know its 2024 now but I remember I was a kid year-2002 after planeturium field trip from the school of linville intermediate school team hero.All the student and I stop buy this mcdonald for once, I order ask my teacher I wanna make my order. She responded yea sure.I went up to the guess and ask for 2 double cheese burger meaning 2 burgers for me.Right when my order came I look in the bag it was 2 chicken burgers.... (WHAT)??? im not making this up but whatever so I told my teacher, hey they got my order wrong I also show her.... I told them 2 cheeseburger. So my helpful teacher told them you got my student the wrong burger....We gave them back the chicken and then finally I got my 2 cheeseburger.Such memory :D I wish I was kid again.“

This location in Appleton Wisconsin is wonderful and exceptional customer service. I’ve been coming here regularly early mornings to get my Dunkin. food isn’t that bad and the drink is phenomenal. “Amazing churro bar with a variety of flavors, toppings, and ice cream. Elotes are delicious filled with seasonings and flavor exploding in your mouth. The staff are kind, courteous and will answer all your questions. I even appreciate the baby changing pad in the bathroom, this is a family favorite place for us!They also recently added organic teas and dairy free ice cream“
“Luv this coffee shop! The first time I walked into the Little Chute location I felt a good vibe. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Everyone there is so nice. My latte is always on point. The food is delicious. But my addiction is scones. The scones at Seth’s Coffee are the best I have ever had, OMG! Always a different selection every time I go back. I live in Milwaukee and have my favorite coffee shop there. But I do drop by numerous coffee shops to check out the scones. So in my opinion Seth’s Coffee has the best scones around period. When I visit family in Appleton it’s my must go to place. Thank you Seth’s Coffee Shop!“
“Was blessed to find this coffee roaster while on a school bus charter to Neenah! The coffee was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee beans I bought. The little coffee supply shop is such a great idea! My only recommendation would be to increase the amount of espresso in your specialty drinks, as I couldn’t taste it very well in my latte/Macchiato. That being said, the black coffee was delicious and I’m looking forward to stopping in again when in the area!“
“We love this place not only for the most delicious food but Shannon and her staff are the most friendliest people you ever would ever want to meet. Shannon is the loveliest lady and we just love her and this wonderful cafe and the sweetest gal (sorry, I don’t remember her name) who runs the register. And the food, my gosh is amazing! From the scones, to the soup, to the homemade chicken pot pie, it’s all superb! On a personal note, we have made a friend in this awesome place and owner! They treat everyone like they are family coming to visit on a holiday. I cannot say enough about how much we love this cafe and Shannon. Five stars!!!!“
“We love coming here during the week to meet up with friends and have the kids play while us moms socialize and hang out.Parking: Lots of parking and just a short walk to the doors!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Kids play area with a play ground and kids house. They also have books, blocks, animals, cars, and more! Lots of space for many groups to play.“
