“This is a classic diner style joint that serves great burgers! My order was quickly prepared, served hot, and by friendly staff. My burger was done just right and the fries are a great compliment. Will return!Parking: There are some limited street parking spots in front of the building, otherwise there is plenty of parking spots available in adjacent lots.”
“These are the best tacos in the state, not a debate, no comparison, you’re doing yourself a big disservice if you’ve never been. The lady who helped us at the counter was just as amazing as the tacos she made us! 11/10”
“Allow me to preface this review with the fact that I've moved up here from the south, so I know a thing or two about good barbecue, and I can be quite picky when it comes to this subject. With that out of the way, I'd like to praise this chain (and this location in particular) for becoming my new home away from home. Do not let the name fool you; this isn't just a generic pizza place, but a genuine, southern-style barbecue restaurant that happens to also offer pizza. Not only do they serve sweet tea, like every restaurant honestly should, but their tea is also genuinely great! My wife loves the mango-flavored one, whereas I go for the standard version, as I tend to. Seriously, this is one of like five places in northeastern Wisconsin where you can find genuine sweet tea (unless we count the other locations, of course). That being said, of course I have to talk about the food as well. I've read about on their history a bit, and it would appear the people who started this chain (in Kiel, WI, I believe) actually used to work in Kansas City, slinging up smoked meats and the like, and let me tell ya: you can absolutely taste it. The ribs in particular are great here (arguably top 3, but definitely top 5 I've ever had), and we also like to get the brisket as part of our shared platter. Now, I won't lie to you; the brisket isn't quite as consistent. While I'd rate the ribs 9/10, the brisket ranges from 6.5 to 8 out of 10; they have their good days and their bad ones when it comes to that, but it's not bad enough to where I wouldn't recommend it, as it still gets the job done, and I'm frankly somewhat of a brisket fiend. And even when it's not as good as I know it so often can be, it's nothing their sauce won't be able to fix, which I'd also like to point out: is amazing. I'm always a huge fan of Memphis and South Carolina styles, and they're both fantastic. The rest of the sauces are good, too. My wife really likes the pineapple habanero one, which I wish was spicier, but does have a nice sweetness to it.My one criticism would be that I feel that every barbecue restaurant needs to have either collard, mustard, or turnip greens, which I love to have as a side. But I do like their baked beans and mac and cheese well enough.Overall, great place to have within an hour of where we live. Southerners, this is the one! This place is authentic, right down to the wonderful atmosphere it provides. And the price is right, too.Parking: While the free street parking is limited, I have never seen it get busy enough to stop us from parking nearby, even during peak hours. I have a feeling this one of the less visited locations, which is a shame, because my wife and I love it!”
“Wow!!! Great service and delicious food (bring your appetite). The servings are more than satisfying. Breakfast today was the veggie omelet and hubby had French toast. Omelet was prepared to perfection with no skimping on the cheese. French toast saturated with egg, moist inside, slight crunch on the outside. A must stop!”
“Incredibly friendly and efficient service! Great location! Great Employees!Vegetarian options: There are choices, but I wish the cabins carried the vegetarian options that the eat in locations do...”
“Our first time here. Very nice bar. Looks to be all remodeled with lots of room. Drinks? were good and waitress was very nice. Food was delicious and hot. We'll be back again for another Friday night fish dinner ?”
“The owners and their staff are super friendly and fun. It's a great place for a cocktail with a friend or a meal with family. Pool, darts and lots of activities going on. Prices are fair. Big fish fry on Friday night.”
“I am so stuffed and it is very family friendly. The service is amazing and I am extremely satisfied!Kid-friendliness: They play family friendly music and there is a huge gumbalk machine by the door for people. Bring your kids!!!”
“Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful. We tried cocktails, beer, and the pizza - everything, including the service and the atmosphere exceeded expectations. The pizza is thin crust and crisp all the way through with plenty of toppings without being soggy. The cocktails are expertly crafted, well balanced, and made with premium ingredients. The beer is brewed well, flavored properly, and there is a good selection on tap.The bartender, Jared, and the chef, Brian, are personable and really care about the products that they serve.100% will be back soon.”
“Placed an online order on a Friday night around 5pm for a 7:30pm delivery.Order arrived at 7:26pm and was so hot and fresh!!Mozzarella sticks were crispy on the outside and stringy/gooey on the inside. The custom made cheesesteak sandwich was perfection!!The online ordering was so easy...the delivery driver was great!..I've ordered from here a few times now since moving to Neenah and it's been nothing but excellence so far!!Keep up the great work guys!!”
“Ate this pizza as a kid, worked there in high school, and have helped my family run it over the past few years! I eat a ton of pizza, not just my own families, and I can honestly say this is the best take-and-bake pizza around! Ignore the 1 star reviews (*cough cough* @Tons of Fun reviewer), this place is 6-star! You walk in, and immediately will be greeted by the owner herself, or a local Menasha High Schooler!”
“Great beer (especially the newly released Thunderwalker IPA), great fish fry....but was a bit disappointed at the upcharges for the truffle oil and parmesan fries (+$3.50) that didn't have much hint of either flavor, and an extra charge for tartar sauce and cole slaw (only $.50 a piece but how do serve a fish fry without these?!?!)”
“If you like a relaxed atmosphere, this bar is for you. It truly is a diamond in the rough for menasha. They have darts, a pool table upstairs that is separate from the bar (my favorite part), pull tabs, giant jenga and a very nice outdoor patio. The bartender is great as well.”
“Good perch, although a bit pricey. Very busy there, and the band was setting up. But we had a very good time. We sat in the bar area. The back area is very nice if a booth is available. Other items on the menu reasonable.”
“Lots of different options, large portions which I liked. Most options were great, ham was a tad dry but still good and easy to eat. Very friendly workers, very helpful, responsive, and attentive. Very popular, could use an expansion had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. Very comfortable. They've got a bar area and an all you can eat buffet area as well.”
