Next thing I know I see this gentleman pull back up and bring us another drink and even a size bigger. I know it seems so little, but that really made my week. It’s the little things. “It was my first time ordering from here or any Cousins Subs and it was a great experience! The Cashier was very helpful! I ended up ordering a Philly Steak with added tomatoes on the grill with cheese curds. The sub was good but the cheese curds were fantastic! They have the best cheese curds ? “The person who is training, new employees was yelling at them, and it made several of us standing there very uncomfortable. We also waited quite a long time over 20 minutes for our subs. The people in front of me nicely asked how much longer- they said it wouldn’t be too much longer, but when those people left the head employee behind the counter started talking very badly about them and told the rest of his employees they shouldn’t have to take that kind of talk from people. He said in very loud tones there’s several other sub places in the area if they want quicker, they should go to those places.. Honestly, all they did was ask how much longer it would be. It was not a very good situation and there was about four employees behind the counter. The food was very, very good. I had a very lovely sub however, I don’t think I will be returning there.“

They always go above and beyond to make sure your order is done correctly, while also providing top notch customer service. “The team at the Ballard Rd. location in Appleton are some of the kindest people I have ever seen in food service. Every single visit I've encountered wonderful people. I have driven across town just to go to this location over others due to their friendly employees.“
