“Stopped to get subs for the kids and they needed to use the bathroom. Somehow the lock on the door didn't work and the kids got locked in the restroom. A worker Cody grabbed a screwdriver and tried to open the door, but the lock malfunctioned. When my little girl started to cry, the worker didn't hesitate to brake the door to get them out and asked me to help. I'm grateful that this stranger cared enough to make sure they were safe. Thank you for your kindness and going above and beyond what was expected of you!“

“My boyfriend and I order two drinks and we only got one, I was kinda upset but I wasn’t too worried. Next thing I know I see this gentleman pull back up and bring us another drink and even a size bigger. I know it seems so little, but that really made my week. It’s the little things. He didn’t even have too but he went out of his way.“

“Gotta say, I absolutely adore and appreciate everybody running and working at the Jimmy John’s out here in Neenah. I manage the “Johnny Vapes” store down the road from you guys, and I always place a mobile order in the morning before your store is opened up for the day. If I ordered from anywhere else, I’d expect it to get delivered by 11:30 or 12:00, but you guys manage to find a way to get it to me before your hours officially start! Talk about hard work, dedication, and kindness, you guys and gals are all three! Hope you all get raises and know that the whole “Johnny Vapes” crew appreciates all the hard work you all do.
