This location has improved a lot since late 2022. The sandwiches are always good and right on par with what to expect from JJ's. Recently, this location has improved it's speed and is almost "freaky fast."
We recently moved to this area and so I now have used the Ballard road location. At first they were very nice and I had no issues. There is a new women there (probably hired about a month or so ago). She is absolutely one of the most rude counter workers I’ve encountered. Even when you smile at her and try to be nice she is horrible. Had to repeat myself 3 times and still didn't what I wanted on my sandwich asked for flour wraps shr was making it on the herb wrap so I stopped them.also said make meal (soda and chips). Had to reorder that.
