Ordered at 830pm. Google said they were open till 10. Order went through, got the email saying everything was good, and waited. At 930 I started wondering, so I checked the status of my order and it said now that it wouldn't be delivered till the next day asap... no call, text or email. So I went to bed hungry and called the next day. Got attitude from the guy who answered, then after he got in touch with his Gm he called back to inform me my order had been voided because they didn't have a driver and couldn't figure out their online system, but they'd make sure it didn't happen again, and i SHOULD have my money back in a few days. This is the third time I've attempted to order from this location, the first two times they were closed despite it being the middle of the day. Starting to think I'll never get a jimmy John's sandwich actually delivered to my house.

Stopped for first time at Jimmy Johns on Ballard Drive in Appleton. Think the workers would explain there different programs . Could had two subs for $19 instead of $ 38.

This location has improved a lot since late 2022. The sandwiches are always good and right on par with what to expect from JJ's. Recently, this location has improved it's speed and is almost "freaky fast."

We recently moved to this area and so I now have used the Ballard road location. At first they were very nice and I had no issues. There is a new women there (probably hired about a month or so ago). She is absolutely one of the most rude counter workers I’ve encountered. Even when you smile at her and try to be nice she is horrible. When I ask for an unwhich (my daughter cannot have wheat/gluten) she acts like I’m asking her to move earth. Excuse me that I need to make sure you have new gloves, and that you’ve wiped down the area you make the sandwich. She is more than welcome to come home with me and deal with what comes with food that’s been contaminated.Everyone else is super nice, but I cannot with her. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the one across the highway.

So I travel the midwest for work and I eat at a lot of jimmy johns. This store had hands down the best bread, it was so soft and amazing. I wish all jimmy johns were like this. I do wish your store offered Dijon mustard online but even without, amazing work!

There is a lady here idk her name but she should definitely not be a casher she is very rude and unprofessional there also was a lady there with tattoos on her like coverd love the tattoos and shewas so professional and a total sweet heart she should be the cashier not the other lady idk her name but she is tan and has brown hair shegave me a look because I didn't go to jimmy johns in the last few years and I was ordering something off the menu while i was ordering i had a few questions about the sub because again i hadn't been there in a long time anyway when she answered each questions had every answer was very rude and thats why instead of one question I had a few about the sub because she was simply so rude i didn't understand what she was trying to say then shed give me this look like she wanted to smack the back of my head like wats wrong with her ill probably go to a different one because of her. Unless they make her work in back or something she is definitely not a people person.
