“We visited for our first time yesterday. Food was fantastic however the dining room was disgusting. Everything was greasy and there was stuff all over the floor. I think we will be sticking to the drive-thru so we can at least eat great food in a clean place.“

“I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. The other servers I’ve had over the last couple summers as well have all been great as well. Cheers!“

“The Richmond St. Taco John's is a landmark. So glad it's still there. But I have one criticism:
We go to Taco John's for nostalgia - tacos and 80s music! Where's the 80s? It can even be a mix of 80's and 90s, that's fine. Toss in a few modern tunes, that's cool, too.
But we want pop and rock music (emphasis on 80s) in our Taco John's! : )“

“I work nearby and stop once a week to get a chicken crispy wrap after work. Drive thru always goes quickly, people working are always nice, and the food always tastes good. Once my wrap was smothered in sauce and put together poorly, but 9 times out of 10 I have zero complaints.“

The last time was for one combo meal, and they told me to park on the other side of the bldg, and they'd bring it out. (Mind you no one was ahead of me, and there were only 2 cars behind me.) “Honestly, you order table service via the app you expect follow through. I saw an employee walking around with a tray but the tables were full of customers. They walked away with it. My app showed that NOW my food was on its way. It never arrived. I got up and found it sitting at the counter. An employee said they could not find my table.
This McDonald's also is in dire need of an upgrade with tables and benches. They are literally ripping and falling apart. STUNNED!.“

At this one on Wisconsin in Appleton, I was having a hard time ordering properly through the app. The young man at the counter was extremely helpful, was professional and polite, and then made me the best LOADED sandwich of my experiences at one of my favorite places for a sandwich. “I haven't had an orange julius in forever. I stopped the other day and was suprised he asked if I wanted any vitamin C in it and I said no. Then I thought wait what? He told me what they do by just adding a scoop of vitamin C powder so I paid the extra $1 for it and he added it. I am a vitamin freak. What a great idea!!!“

“The person who is training, new employees was yelling at them, and it made several of us standing there very uncomfortable. We also waited quite a long time over 20 minutes for our subs. The people in front of me nicely asked how much longer- they said it wouldn’t be too much longer, but when those people left the head employee behind the counter started talking very badly about them and told the rest of his employees they shouldn’t have to take that kind of talk from people. He said in very loud tones there’s several other sub places in the area if they want quicker, they should go to those places.. Honestly, all they did was ask how much longer it would be. It was not a very good situation and there was about four employees behind the counter. The food was very, very good. I had a very lovely sub however, I don’t think I will be returning there.“
