Culver’s is a newer restaurant with easy parking access. While the food was great, service could be improved by better communication with customers. A small mistake with an order was quickly corrected, but a simple apology was missed. Despite this, the delicious fish sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and hot fudge sundaes left a good impression. The wait for food was compensated with a coupon and a tasty concrete mixer. Overall, Culver’s offers delicious food with room for improvement in customer service.
