“Best customer service in the area! I left my card they made sure to get it back to me in the same day !they weren’t mean about the fact that we had a big order ,where other places have been (sorry not sorry we have a big family) they got our order right and it was still hot to eat!!!“

“You will note in my review I haven't put a rating on the atmosphere at this DQ thats because I have only used the drive thru service. When I go inside sometime I will update this review. But as for the service and food those have been excellent each of the 9 times I have been here in the last 11 months since I had family move to Neenah-Menasha. Always a friendly face at the drive thru and prompt service and unlike some DQs I have been to they keep there soft serve at the perfect temperature so it isn't melting on you 5 minutes after you get it and your having to eat it as fast as you can.“

The employee Aiden Nawrot was someone that stood out to me. Working at such a young age really takes some gut; and this kid has it! The way he approached his job with kindness and compassion really made my Tom’s experience memorable. I will never forget your love for making ice cream for as long as i live. “Biked the kids to get 99c cones and the lobby was closed due to low staffing… I thought we’d try to walk thru the drive-thru so I didn’t let the kids down with no ice cream and as we walked towards the drive thru line, an employee came and told us she’d help us on their front patio!… she took our cone order, delivered them out to us, didn’t charge us and gave us coupons to return for more cones another day! 🍦 She was so sweet when she had reason enough to be stressed with a full drive thru line at the lunch hour, low staff and people trying to dine in for the brief moment she came out to help us. Amazing customer service and kindness! ❤️“

“I brought my daughter in today for her lunch hour. Fast service and And everyone was very helpful especially the lady that took her order and brought her food to our table. I wasn’t expecting that, but she was very nice. The inside of McDonald’s was a very clean and that always makes me positive, but I wanna go there then, because we go to some restaurants and none of the booths are wiped off hour there’s food all over no, this was spic and span no food anywhere very well taken care of .
