broker said that we had a door window for pickup. We were delayed due to a previous delivery running late. Additionally, because it was a cheese load, we pre-washed the trailer just to be safe.

We checked in around 8:45 PM, which was late. The staff were a bit upset, but it was our last-minute check-in. Loading was completed quickly by 9:30 PM.

“You will note in my review I haven't put a rating on the atmosphere at this DQ thats because I have only used the drive thru service. When I go inside sometime I will update this review. But as for the service and food those have been excellent each of the 9 times I have been here in the last 11 months since I had family move to Neenah-Menasha. Always a friendly face at the drive thru and prompt service and unlike some DQs I have been to they keep there soft serve at the perfect temperature so it isn't melting on you 5 minutes after you get it and your having to eat it as fast as you can.“

“i normally have a horrible time trying to find fast food places i like, but not only were the employees (especially one) but the food incredible. The employee Aiden Nawrot was someone that stood out to me. Working at such a young age really takes some gut; and this kid has it! The way he approached his job with kindness and compassion really made my Tom’s experience memorable. I will never forget your love for making ice cream for as long as i live.
