About Tom's Drive In

Tom's Drive In is a retro-themed burger joint with a carnival atmosphere, featuring multiple floors and fresh-baked cookies. The menu offers standard drive-in fare, including burgers with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, tots, and slush puppies, all with better quality than similar establishments. The restaurant also features unique booth seating in old tilt-a-whirl carts and sells popcorn.

The service at Tom's Drive In is praised, with one customer noting that an employee quickly helped when their card declined. The manager, Justin, also offered coupons as a remedy for a disappointing meal. However, another customer found the food to be pre-cooked and reheated, leading them to throw the meal away due to concerns about food poisoning.

Despite the mixed reviews, one customer had a positive experience, describing Tom's as a "burger & ice cream kinda place" with a variety of menu options, including burgers, chicken, fish, and a selection of sides and desserts. The customer also noted that the restaurant is wheelchair-accessible, making it easy for those with mobility challenges to visit.

Great food ,great service. Great employer. Family owned small business. 65 year in business.

Absolutely disgusting meal. Food had obviously been precooked and then reheated in microwave. Spent $24.00 on this meal. Only remedy was the manager, Justin, offered coupons. I have no use for coupons to a restaurant I'm not going to patronize again.
We threw the food away because we were concerned about possibly getting food poisoning.

I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!
