So I’ve been coming to this location periodically for the last 8 years. Today was the first time whoever was working at 2:45pm on 10/31/21 wanted to give me attitude because I had to repeat myself because he couldn’t hear. Raised my voice a little then he gave me attitude and said “don’t do that” I asked what and he said yell. Then I said I didn’t and told me goodbye and couldn’t get any food. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I checked my order after pulling away from the drive thru, the items themselves were correct, but I didn’t think I should open every wrapper to double, double check each item itself because that’s where I went wrong. I ordered an Asiago, bacon, ranch, chicken, club, when I got home to eat it, it was just a breaded chicken patty with lettuce, tomato and mayo! NO Asiago, no bacon, no ranch. Very clean, very kind, and super fast, the woman going around cleaning and stocking was a sweetheart, she was all over the place, behind the counter checking us out, stocking, cleaning, even came to our table to ask how our food was and they were out of salt and she also went and got me a 2 oz plastic cup with enough for my meal. I do love this Wendy's location, food is 90% of the time extremely fresh, fast, and always accurate!!!
