“Always a great meal! Never disappointed. The one single thing that I've noticed has changed with them is that their 'freaky fast' delivery, is not so 'freaky fast' anymore. But i can live with that. I commonly order lunch and have it delivered to my job sites, 95% of the time when I ask to have it delivered right at Noon, they are pretty close. Overall satisfied with their food and service.“

“We usually come in at the end of the day so there is only one staff member. I feel so bad for this guy he is such a hard worker. He was a little rude to the people in front of us but when he helped us it was like a completely different person. I really hope he can take good customer experiences and extend it to everyone he works with in the future.“

“Omg huge shout out 2 Schlotzsky’s deli. As soon as I walk in I get greeted. Everything is always so fresh my staff are awesome I’ve been going here for years ever since they had the one on Oneida Street in greenbay. But after that one closed I started going to the one in Appleton but now I will drive 20 minutes just to come to the one in Green Bay on Mason Street . Very clean and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door whoever the owner is he’s got a great staff that work for him in a very clean restaurant. “Simple no frills sandwich shop that offers delicious made to order sandwiches! I went for a short walk after a long day of driving and was looking for something light to eat before bedtime. I found this place by accident and was very glad I did! I asked for whatever the most popular sandwich was and was rewarded with a “Boney Billy” or a turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich. It was delicious, fast, and reasonably priced … all in all it was perfect! I hope I’m back this way again soon!“

“I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. “Shawano Ave location -Great deal 2 ft longs any toppings for $10. Staff friendly and smiling. Great tasting subs! Sadly they no longer offer Roast beef...bye bye yummy old style subway club... New club has bacon instead and is fantastic tasting! Fresh cookies were such a treat without having to "bake" in the heat while baking.“

“Stopped in to grab lunch and absolutely loved the two workers we had on 7-31-23 at around 2:30p.m. They were very helpful, quick, efficient and had a lot of character! Wish I would have caught their names, so I could give credit where it is very much deserved. This store is always clean too. Everyone loves Subway but this one takes the cake! My family and I have experienced food poisoning from other Subway locations but have never had an issue at this one. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky, you'll get the same awesome "sandwich artists" that we got!“

The one we went to on East Mason in Green Bay has the soda fountain where you can make your own flavors, including MANY options for zero calorie drinks. “Always a must! Food is delicious and always fresh! I always foreget to take pic cuz I am so excited to eat! We got box lunches and had a picnic at the Bay. I loved the Cali with broccoli cheddar soup ? pickle, and dessert. Hubby got the Comet Candy, cheddar soup, pickle and dessert.“

“It was a darkened gloomy day, and it was raining cats and dogs. By the time I made it to the door, I was soaked. Upon entering this random location, I observed multiple people waiting to be served. I heard a very kind of voice say. I apologize for the wait. I will be with you as soon as I can. This young lady was working by herself, trying to take care of multiple customers. The entire time, she had a smile on her face and was very kind to everybody. I would personally give her 2 thumbs up. She was one hundred percent completely awesome.“

“Me and my fiance are regulars at this location because of their consistent phenomenal delivery, except for one or two visits with someone else but that is out of the 20-30 times we have been here. Braxton is one of the many great employees here who always goes out of his way to make our experience a great one.“
