I have no issues besides missing the stamp cards :,( Still one of the best choices in the food court
This place hasn’t been good for years. Unfortunately I gave in and tried it again hoping it has improved but nope.
I got the Philly cheesesteak. It barely had any meat nor flavor. While waiting for my food, the worker just simply set the food at the pick up area. She didn’t say anything at all. I had to ask whose order it was in case it was another customer’s who just stepped out of line for a minute.

i went into charley’s around 7:30ish and i ordered a chicken california. i didn’t get home till after 8 but once i opened my food i realized i got the complete wrong order. i got some wings instead of my sandwich. since the store was closed, i didn’t really know what to do. i called and was in the middle of leaving a voicemail, when a worker picked up and was expressing how sorry she was, since she was the one who handed me my order. she went above and beyond and let me...read full review
