Ordered online for pickup-The ordering process online was nice, easy, and convenient.However, when I arrived to pick up my order I wasn’t acknowledged, no hello or anything.I ordered a pepperoni pizza sub and a Hook and Ladder (cold). When they handed my order to me, my bag was covered with pizza sauce including the bottom, which got on my seat in my car and everything inside had pizza sauce on it as well. Placed order to go. Young kid order but didn't say how long it would take. Had 1 cold turkey medium & 1 meatball warm. Both with pickle spears. Waited 20 minutes. The turkey was warm, had no cheese & no pickle spear. Meatball also had no pickle spear. When I tried to call & complain they weren't answering the phone. Won't be recommending this place.

My husband insists we stop here every time we have to go through the area it's his favorite fast food that we can't get near us. The food is always great and we'll packed up too.
