I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. I got helped by Abi and I have to say my experience was amazing! She was the best subway worker I’ve met! I had a great time at the West De Pere Subway location. Abi gave me recommendations on what I should get and greeted me with a warm smile. Definetly will be returning
