Placed a pick-up order at the store on Lawrence Drive in De Pere (store #5090) on 12/16/23 at 6:15 pm. Order was ready on-time when I arrived. I didn't check the contents of the take-out bag until I got home, which was my mistake (and I should have known better). They forgot the bag of chips and the two cookies. The kicker was that there were two cookie bags in the take-out bag, but instead of cookies in them they had . . . wait for it . . . . sauces for my salad!! No lie, they put the sauces for my salad in paper cookie bags!! I know it's tough to find good help these days, and I'm not expecting to find Rhodes Scholars working there, but come on! While I would expect the two younger kids working at the time to know better than that, I absolutely would expect management to have a more thorough vetting process!

Came here to get one sandwich. I walked in and there were 2 employees filling a HUGE online order. Instead of taking the 2 minutes to make my sandwich (a cold veggie) they made me wait while they finished the entire order. It was really weird. I even told them I was just getting one veggie sub, and they still continued with the 8 sandwiches in front of me. BTW the sub was over 8 bucks. I wasn't even going to stop here but had to since the other sandwich shop in the area was closed. I guess they should be trained to ask what I was getting and if it's something they can whip out quick, maybe have one employee help me while the other one works on the order. It honestly took 2 minutes to make my food and one minute was spent cutting the bread.

I get party platters for my drivers at FedEx and the gals at this main ave. subway are very accommodating and punctual.
I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. I got helped by Abi and I have to say my experience was amazing! She was the best subway worker I’ve met! I had a great time at the West De Pere Subway location. Abi gave me recommendations on what I should get and greeted me with a warm smile. Definetly will be returning

Went in for a multigrain sub and a cheese and herb sub and they only had white bread, pretty poor to be out of most of types of bread you have on the menu, it will be my last time going there, many other restaurants to choose from
