McDonald's in De Pere provides friendly customer service with a dedicated team that manages large orders efficiently. The French fries are especially popular and stand out from other places. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with convenient parking. While some orders may sometimes be delayed or incomplete, the staff, including the hardworking team members, try their best to deliver a positive experience. The staff is well-staffed, but occasionally there is a lack of leadership, which can lead to issues like dirty tables or missing items such as napkins and ketchup. Customers appreciate the calm attitude of employees, even during busy times. Despite occasional mistakes, the friendly service and tasty food encourage customers to return regularly to this McDonald's location.
