“Called and placed my 15 sandwich order in advance and the manager let me know it would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we got there all the food was ready (even 5 minutes early) I had to place another 5 sandwiches and they were ready in minutes. I thanked the manager Jocelyn for getting this order made for us so fast on short notice and she thanked us for ordering and calling in advance. “I think this is the best sub I've ever had. Fresh ingredients and super soft fluffy bread. I recommend having self-serve napkins and water. The 1 employee was busy ringing people up and serving drinks and ice cream that I didn't want to burden them or wait in line with asking for napkins or water. Don't change the subs, they're perfect! 😀“

“Omg huge shout out 2 Schlotzsky’s deli. As soon as I walk in I get greeted. Everything is always so fresh my staff are awesome I’ve been going here for years ever since they had the one on Oneida Street in greenbay. But after that one closed I started going to the one in Appleton but now I will drive 20 minutes just to come to the one in Green Bay on Mason Street . Very clean and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door whoever the owner is he’s got a great staff that work for him in a very clean restaurant. “Its a early home Packer vs Vikings Sunday and these kids probably didnt know what was coming for them. I came in to pick up a door dash and I just have to say, you could see it all over their faces, but they took it like champs. They were cool calm and collected and as person after couple after group kept entering they just stuck to the process and kept the line moving at an efficient pace. I was impressed to say the least and they all deserve this shout out. Especially the young brunette lady working the counter, the young shaggy blond haired man pumping out sandwiches, Nd the manager, who seemed to be slicing meats. They had 2 more back ups arriving as I was leaving which just shows the commitment from the owners or management to jeep business flowing happily.

“Great experience ordering catering online from Erbert and Gerbert's! I called day of to verify delivery time, and they were already on their way! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful. They even helped me load up my cart to take the food inside. Food tasted amazing, and everything arrived as expected.“

“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the delivery driver that delivered to the Cobblestone Hotel in Pulaski tonight. She is simply amazing!!! Had a full bus of people so when she delivered the pizzas it was kind of hectic/stressful for me.. she brought the pizzas for the bus people-- not even 15-20min later, she comes back with a small personal pizza and chocolate chip cookie for me... thank you so much for the great service and kind gesture. we need more people like her in this world ❤️“

“I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. “The new owners are very nice people who have a passion to make the quality of food their number one priority. I have yet to have a sandwich made by them that was soggy or incorrectly made and I eat there fairly consistently. The store is clean and well kept and they even care to try and remember who you are and your sub of choice if you are a regular customer. They turn out subs quickly and precisely so you aren’t having to wait to have your sub(s) corrected like it was in the past with previous ownership. Would absolutely recommend trying it out or continuing to be a regular customer as the quality has only up since the ownership change.“

“Stopped in to grab lunch and absolutely loved the two workers we had on 7-31-23 at around 2:30p.m. They were very helpful, quick, efficient and had a lot of character! Wish I would have caught their names, so I could give credit where it is very much deserved. This store is always clean too. Everyone loves Subway but this one takes the cake! My family and I have experienced food poisoning from other Subway locations but have never had an issue at this one. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky, you'll get the same awesome "sandwich artists" that we got!“

This batch was bigger than I’ve had a subway and no it wasn’t the gigantic option. Great meat to cheese ratio today too. Usually I can barely taste the cheese! (I got the beach club).“

“I have to say this location has really stepped it up. I am not a huge fan of subway but was impressed by the ladies working there. This is the first time in two years to see how fresh the veggies are! The work station clean and full with great customer service. Make sure you thank them for such great work and caring.“

“I would like to share my experience yesterday. There was a huge rush of people and there was only ONE employee. He was younger && he maintained his composure when most wouldn’t have been able to. He was kind even though he was overwhelmed. We were talking to him and making sure we understood the wait and that we’re all very patient (props to those in front of us who were also kind and patient to this young man). We were talking to him and it was only his FOURTH shift. I honestly felt terrible for him that management would put him in that position but I also know that the volume of people that came in may have not been anticipated for a Wednesday night too. There was another employee that came in for food and was able to jump in and help this young man. He was kind, caring polite and professional… well done to both of these young men!!“

“Subway is subway. You get a sandwich the way you order it and maybe a side of chips or cookies and a drink. It's way too expensive if you don't use a coupon but otherwise it's still good food and filling. Service is great and the employees are awesome.“

“I frequent this location as it is close-by to me and convenient. Which is great for me because I very much enjoy how well I’m treated here by each and every team member.

Everytime I enter, I’m greeted with a smile and friendliness. I regularly see the owner hop in the line and work alongside her employees which I think is really cool. I love how well they work together and how well they all seem to enjoy their jobs together. Everyone who I’ve interacted with here has been so nice, friendly, and helpful. And my food is always done well and right.

At other similar sub shops nearby, I’ve found myself having to pick off and throw away the produce from my sand-which because it’s wilting or not cleaned well. I never have that problem here. They are generous with meat portions and produce and will gladly add extra mayo for me (which they do anytime they see me now because I’m basically just mayo girl lol).“
