Called and placed my 15 sandwich order in advance and the manager let me know it would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we got there all the food was ready (even 5 minutes early) I had to place another 5 sandwiches and they were ready in minutes. I thanked the manager Jocelyn for getting this order made for us so fast on short notice and she thanked us for ordering and calling in advance. Ordered the new $5.99 subs for a family deal and cheap dinner. These sandwiches were a JOKE. The bread was burnt, 10% of the sandwich was the meat and 90% bread/onion. I ordered pickup and it was ready very quickly, but we all experienced rushed and bad quality. I LOVE jimmy john’s, but this was actually so baaaad.
