“Having the solid metal cover over the meat section was disappointing, i couldnt see what meat i wanted to get. I asked to get my sub double toasted, and it was only single toasted. The prices seem to never come down, and they still ask for a tip on the credit card reader... its not a sit-down restaurant with table service... overall, the ingredients seem fresh and my sub was delicious as always. They also didn't have any footlong cookies premade so i had to settle for some normal cookies. ?“
“We love Cousins but are not loving the massive bill the comes with sub sandwiches. Kids always ask to go but when you are spending $40+ on two subs (with drink and chips) that's crazy!Food and customer service is always great and a clean atmosphere.“
“Have supper this evening from Subway we ordered customized wraps on the internet. Doing it online makes it so easy to get your sandwich just the way you want it. You pick the time when you want to pick them up you walk in and they're ready to goI think the wraps are very good. “The girl that was working was great. Unfortunately there are some workers that don't smile and only talk to take the order. What I don't like is when I tip the worker they don't get the amount tipped it is shared with all employees. I tip for the service the person who waited on me during my visit not workers that had nothing to do with the service I got on my visit. The service she gave was great the place was clean and the food was fresh. I wish I knew her name so I could give her the kudos she deserves.“
“Pretty decent food. Expensive without coupon. I always seem to be still hungry but that's probably because it's not nearly as many calories (even in the 2 foot long I get) than my usual run to BK or DQ or MCD. The minus 1 star is for 2 things. 1 this is Wisconsin and I don't get "all that weird stuff" so, I should get extra cheese without being charged extra. I can get 20 toppings no problem. But double cheese is extra. And the other part of the star is the price. There is coupons in EVERY THING for Subway. I don't like looking for coupons. The price should just be cheaper.“
“Sigh...we used to love friars, but lately, they keep messing up our to go orders! I ordered a pot roast sandwich on onion cheddar roll with pepper jack cheese. I received a roast beef sandwich with provolone on French bread. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with pepper jack, they put American on it. We eat here probably once a month, and 3 out of 5 times, our to go orders are wrong. We never have a problem when we dine in! I really think they need a better system for this, it's obviously a continuous issue. We won't be ordering to go food again.“
