They can’t seem to make a toasted bagel with a hot drink and hand them to me while my bagel is still warm.
I watched them serve multiple customers who ordered after me (not online orders) while my bagel sat.
This is the 3rd time of this happening and the last time I will be a customer.
Had to throw two of my 3 bagels away this time.
The by far the best pace to get fresh bagels the staff are amazing very nice place to have a nice breakfast before work.
Consistently the best lox and cream cheese I've ever had - including my attempts at replicating one, lol. I wish I didn't live across town . . .
