“I went for supper on 3/8/2025 and ordered a T-Bone steak with shrimp on top and a sauce. I wasn't sure if I would like it but the owner said she thought I would really enjoy it. I eat a lot of steak and have ordered it often at different places, But this was the best T-Bone steak I have ever eaten by far. The flavor was amazing and the steak was so tender , and done exactly as I ordered it Thumbs Up!!!!! Drink was also excellent. Can't wait to go back. Great experience.”

“We visited on a Saturday night with no reservation. We got on the wait list (about 45 minutes wait) and settled in at the bar. It took a bit to get a drink order in, but once we did, there were no issues. Salad bar had lots of options and the warm bread sticks were an added treat. Staff was checking the salad bar often; keeping it clean and stocked. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and our food was good. I had the tenderloin which was amazing. My husband had the ribeye and was satisfied, although he prefers a thicker cut steak. As fans of old buildings, we were a little disappointed in the atmosphere (not much of the old charm we anticipated), but it was clean, which is always a plus.”

“We went there last night for dinner. I usually have the Seafood fettuccine Alfredo and it's usually so amazing to eat. But last night it was incredibly Bland and hardly any taste to it. No salt and pepper and no garlic at all. I didn't say anything about it to our waitress and probably should have. But I know that I am probably not getting that again for a while. Otherwise everyone else who I was said that they enjoyed what they had.”

“Our group “Sip Happens” visited for the first time and enjoyed the classic old fashioned plus craft cocktails! We also tried the yummy and unique pizzas, tomato bisque and grilled cheese. Couldn’t have done it better! 😋 We met the owner Katie who shared her story and the improvements she’s made from this previously owned country bar. Our sips were group approved and we will definitely be back!!”

“My husband and I had our first visit to Black Creek Cafe Friday, March 27, 2026 it was such a wonderful surprise! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming—truly a “come as you are” kind of place, which made us feel comfortable right away. The menu is impressively extensive, with something for just about any craving. We ordered breakfast, and everything was spot on—eggs cooked to perfection, food served hot, and my hash browns were exactly how I like them: perfectly crispy! The coffee was hot and kept coming, which is always a big win. A special shoutout to our waitress, Cassy—she was an absolute delight. Friendly, attentive, quick, and efficient, all while making sure we never felt rushed. She really made the experience even better. The pricing is great, and there are plenty of specials to choose from. If you haven’t checked them out yet, I highly recommend it—you’ll be very pleasantly surprised”
