Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a mix of experiences. While one customer reported finding multiple hairs in their 4 piece chicken strip basket and noted a decline in food quality and service, others praised the staff's positive attitudes and fast, accurate food service. The atmosphere is generally friendly, with a manager recognized for her excellent leadership. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, providing great kid's meals and free cone coupons. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has potential but may need to address some quality issues.
