Went to drive through at night and was told I had to either use the mobile app or be a delivery service like Uber eats which I don't use so I wasn't able to order.
TRASH! I waited at the order box for 25 minutes before anyone tried to take my order. Then the employee informs me that there is a 35 minute wait for any food. Why the heck didn't you tell me that before I just waited 25 minutes. I've been to this location before and the food is always gross. Do better. The owner of this restaurant needs to visit more often. The weeds around the restaurant are so overgrown that I wouldn't be surprised if they had mice and rats inside. Just yuck.
Got my Taco Bell order for Tajin Gordita Crunch - no spicy ranch on it- also didn't get my large Nacho Fries that I ordered. Waited a very long time for my order. When I called about my missing nacho fries, they couldn’t credit my card- all they could do was write my name down so that I can get it next time, but there won’t be a next time.
