*This review in no way reflects the staff at this location, as they've always been friendly to me and seem to be trying the best they can to keep up.The system regularly experiences issues and needs to be rebooted, leading to being turned away at the speaker after sitting in line. We've personally spent anywhere from 30 minutes on a good day to 1 hour and 30 minutes on a bad day, from entering the drive through to leaving with food. You read that right, drive through times can reach nearly two hours in line, I wish I was kidding.Whatever is happening at this location isn't random, as the reviews are clearly consistent with my experience. I sincerely hope the management at this Taco Bell can correct the issues with their ordering system and experience. I love Taco Bell, but this is just brutal.

What a difference less than two years make. This location was one of the best to one of the worst. Their level of service keeps going down, the prices keep going up (I believe more than the rate of inflation (check Oshkosh locations and they aren't as high)), and in general, no one cares. In the case of my last three orders from there, they have all been wrong. I guess continue to increase the wages there to attract competent people who can assemble food at a reasonable pace, because it's hard.

Waited in the drive thru line behind 3 other cars just for the store to be closed. The sign was left on and the drive thru is set up horrible I couldn't pull out and was left STUCK in the drive thru line til the other vehicles moved. Also negatively impacted my door dash orders I was there to pick up.

Legit sat in the drive thru for an hour and still sat at the window waiting for my single meal for 10-15 minutes. Drove home in 10 minutes and had a bad soggy Crunchwrap. Don’t come back to this location it sucks

This damn place needs to just be shut down the fact they basically false advertise that they’re open till 4am on the weekends yet it seems they’re closed before 3am weekend after weekend is just insane. I’ve worked the food service industry and even at a Taco Bell I know excuses and bull answers when I hear em. This location used to be one of the best ones around when I grew up now it’s just pitiful and this place should just close the doors for good.

Where do I start? 40 minute wait times from the box to the window when it's not busy. Incredibly rude staff. Got my food home, go to take a taco out of my bag and the entire taco falls onto my floor cuz someone was dumb enough to put it in upside down. Taste of the food was terrible. This location needs to be torn down.UPDATE: youd think a year it would get better. Sat in line for half an hour with 2 people in front of me. Had to get the attention of the person at the callbox cuz no one said anything. Got home and realized that they gave me no sauces and got my order wrong. Apparently reading a screen is extremely difficult

Do you like being trapped in a long line for an hour? Then this is the place for you. They’ll pretend the store is closed, put up a sign saying they only accept cash, or just disappear until they feel like it. I’m currently trapped in a vehicle with three starving kids and can’t even leave because cars are in front and behind me. Happens here time and time again.
