“Outstanding service on a Saturday night! Wow! Talk about excellence. We came through at about 10:30 on 4/25 with a large order and they handled it like rockstars. The cherry on top was the guy’s name tag who gave us our food was “King Julien.” No Mort to be found, but no one’s perfect. Keep up the amazing work guys!“

“The street corn tots were delicious! I would go back just for those. The burgers were good, but the beef did lack flavor. Our server was very attentive. She checked up on us often. One thing that didn't go so well was that we got the wrong order. It was our first time there so we didn't realize it, and honestly, the food took so long to come out, we forgot what burgers we ordered. So when they brought out our supposed order, my burger came with fries when I ordered a salad. I thought hey, maybe they forgot it and had fries instead. I didn't let the server know because she was busy and we were hungry, already waiting a long time for our food, and on a schedule. We needed to be somewhere and thought an hour and a half was sufficient time to eat, appearantly not. I would give this place another try, hoping that the food will come out sooner than later and that we don't get the wrong food order.“

You have to try the bacon bloody they have every type of bacon you could imagine in it and they make the bacon vodka right here in house. The burgers and the cheese curds were amazing.“

“I have never felt so welcome when I go out to eat. The owners are so nice to talk to that Is when they have time. The servers are the same. The kitchen staff they are great at what they do. The food is so good . and if they have time you may get a wave or a smile. Very nice bunch of people. Feel like extended family to me anyway.“

“DO NOT order here if you actually want food. We picked up our burger order today - spent over $70 and half our food was missing. We had our kids meal and four burgers in the familt bundle, but none of the toppings we paid...just patties and buns. missing the bacon, fried onions, tomatoes, lettuce, pivkles, everything. Then, maybe even worse, no fries!!! My husband calls immediately upon returning home and they tell him they can refund us $4 for the bacon I guess. Then he says he has to call us back later to take care of the refund. Of course, no call back. Now our burgers are ice cold and I'm forced to make food anyway. it was ridiculous. We had better get a refund or I will make sure more people hear about this experience. I mean, not even an apology for the mistake and inconvenience....“

“I work nearby and stop once a week to get a chicken crispy wrap after work. Drive thru always goes quickly, people working are always nice, and the food always tastes good. Once my wrap was smothered in sauce and put together poorly, but 9 times out of 10 I have zero complaints.“

“We had great chocolate shakes at Culver’s in Suamico, so decided to go again. Apparently, not all the employees are knowledgeable in how to make them. They should be made with vanilla custard, not chocolate. Ruined my evening since I do NOT like chocolate custard😔“

“The food is good, the only complaint I have is when you order a gluten free bun with a sandwich, the bun comes packaged, cold, and its usually dry all as get out, and breaks apart when you bite into it. It would be nice to have a warm toasted and buttered bun to go along with their trademark butterburgers.“

“I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. The other servers I’ve had over the last couple summers as well have all been great as well. Cheers!“

“You will note in my review I haven't put a rating on the atmosphere at this DQ thats because I have only used the drive thru service. When I go inside sometime I will update this review. But as for the service and food those have been excellent each of the 9 times I have been here in the last 11 months since I had family move to Neenah-Menasha. Always a friendly face at the drive thru and prompt service and unlike some DQs I have been to they keep there soft serve at the perfect temperature so it isn't melting on you 5 minutes after you get it and your having to eat it as fast as you can.“

“I got to the Burger King off of Midway in Menasha a couple of times a week. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff there in my experiences are always nice to me and my Grandson. “I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!“
