“Unsure of the young mans name that was working the drive thru window on the night of 1/3/26, but I asked him what was better, the grilled cheese steak sandwich or the original Freddy’s burger. He told me the grilled cheese. SOMEONE GET THAT BOY A RAISE. This is the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It completely blows Culver’s out of the competition. I will be back and Freddy’s… you can thank that young man working the window.“

“This location in Bellevue Wisconsin is a model store in many ways. I have not had a bad meal here, everything is hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is very clean. There is handicapped parking and access along with handicap access in the restrooms. I wish that all businesses had the ability to respect and treat people in such a good manner.“

“If you have food intolerances or allergies be careful!!! Just because you asked to omit an item doesn't mean your food with show up without it. I spent last night throwing because I ate onions in a wrap I requested no onions for. A few days before, my burger showed up with onions as well. I was able to see them and remove them (though that still pushed my luck).“

“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“
