“We just left another restaurant because of terrible service and walked right into this A&W. It was the absolute best decision. The young lady at the counter and her father, who was cooking and managing, were fantastic. Their attitude was welcoming and genuine.

The food was hot and delicious. Every item tasted exactly the way a great A&W meal should. The cooking was spot on.

The entire restaurant was spotless and well maintained. Finding good service can be rare, but these two really care about their customers. We will definitely be back.“

“My wife really enjoyed the seared cheeseburger and I did too with the grilled chicken, both mildly spiced. The extra thin fries were crispy and a small drink was included in our over 55 meal. Less than $8.00 was a great value. We added a mini frozen custard sundae to share. Check out the list of flavors - 12 or more. The custard comes first and the main food. We're definitely going back. My wife wants to try the steak tacos. A steak bowl also interested her.“

“This location in Bellevue Wisconsin is a model store in many ways. I have not had a bad meal here, everything is hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is very clean. There is handicapped parking and access along with handicap access in the restrooms. I wish that all businesses had the ability to respect and treat people in such a good manner.“

“Delicious tofu breakfast wraps that keep bringing me back even many multiple years later. Strong, tasty espresso. Gotta figure out what they're doing with that tofu it's sooooo good. The space beyond the coffee bar just keeps on going so I'd imagine there's always somewhere to find a seat.“

Every time I go there I find a new favorite on their extensive menu. The daily specials are so delicious. The BBQ Ribs cannot be beat. From the greeting at the door the minute you walk in until the cashier makes sure you had a great meal, before you leave, you will not be disappointed.“

I spent last night throwing because I ate onions in a wrap I requested no onions for. A few days before, my burger showed up with onions as well. “talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

“We stopped here because of the big playground and we aren’t from the area. My daughters had SO much fun on the playground, they barely ate, but the food was good and the girls that were at the counter were very kind and acknowledged my daughter’s excitement over the playground. Was all around a great experience :)

When I got home and opened it, I was blown away. Never, ever, have I had a fast food burger that looked like the promotional picture. This one did, and tasted as good as it looked. Good job, folks.“
