25 minutes past the promised time for a curdside order is ridiculous.
Thought it was a fluke until it happened again 2 weeks later. Watched cars in the drive through come and go and wait less than 10 minutes but got there well after.
Worst Culver's EVER! The building smelt of BO and dead fish. Not even the smell of burgers frying could cover it up. And the Chocolate Caramel Twist I ordered was nothing but vanilla custard with a few specs of chocolate.
Just ordered two baskets and asked for 4 ketchup. After waiting about 10-15 minutes for our order one basket was correct. The other basket was supposed to be a cheddar and raw onion with cheese curds. It was cheddar and sautéed mushrooms and fries with 2 ketchup. This after we were told to verify the screen which we did. It was ordered and received properly.
Long wait time. Wrong order. Will not be back to this location.
