Drive through is slow and you’re trapped once you enter

the worst taco bell in gb. ive been in the drive thru for an hour and there's nobody ahead of me but a line of 10 behind me and the guy working is literally outside smoking a cigarette next to the drive thru not taking my order either. for an hour. don't even come to this one it's a waste of time
