We were passing Green Bay on 8/13 and stopped for an afternoon coffee. The employees at this location were barely making an eye contact and each of them turned their back on customers picking up drinks at the pick up counter. They just kept making drinks like robots not acknowledging customers. For example they forgot to make my drink and as I was standing at the pick up counter it took a long time to get their attention.
I ordered my Carmel, crunch frappe. I usually get always made perfect. Never watery everyone's always polite and fast service, love it
I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes for a drink. The service is insanely slow.
