“Had been here several times and it was always good. This past Friday night I ordered a perch plate, which was terrible! The perch was fishy tasting, the breading was thick and tough. The fries were barely warm and soggy. Probably the worst perch and fries I’ve ever had. On the upside, the walleye and coleslaw are good. I hate giving a poor review, and I would not have, except I messaged them direct first 3 days ago and they never responded. Not good business!“

“Great location, easy access and lots of parking space. Very nice eating area lobby, except for the very noisy cake cooler. Not at all busy and service was fairly quick. I tried the Mixing Bowl Mashup limited-time blizzard, and it was a good substitute for my usual Choco Brownie Extreme. It was, however, a bit softer and more melty than it should have been.“

“I made an order through door dash. A Big Mac meal and 2 side sauces. They only delivered the side sauces, no meal. I called and spoke to Mia. I hope I’m sharing that correctly. She was so nice and called door dash and went through all the steps trying to help me to no avail, no fault of her own. But she spent the time to try and help me. These days that’s so rare. So, I put in another order. It showed up with this note and an apple pie I didn’t order. Such a thoughtful but tiny gesture that goes so far. This is how businesses should teach their employees to operate. If you look, you’ll see I never leave reviews. Mia deserved this one. I cant remember the last time somebody has genuinely taken the time to understand frustration with a food order. Cheers Mia!“

When we returned for dinner on Wednesday, I noticed she was there but she informed me she wasn't our server, so since we requested her to be. She took good care of my colleagues and I again. Met all our needs and even got me a brownie bite for my birthday. When I return, I hope Brooke M is working so we can have A1 service yet again.“

Their ButterBurgers are perfectly cooked, and you can actually taste the quality in every bite. The cheese curds are a must — crispy on the outside, gooey inside — and the frozen custard is the best treat to end the meal (especially the flavor of the day).

The restaurant is always clean, and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Whether it’s dine-in or drive-thru, everything comes out hot, fresh, and just the way you ordered it. Definitely one of the most consistent and well-run fast-casual places around.“

“We have eaten here many times and you can always count on it to be clean and have cheerful employees to take your order. Their ice cream birthday cakes are special. Their drive up is great year 'round. My favorite is a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate.“

“I did the drive thru, food was what you would expect from a Burger King frys were actually hot to the touch and the burger was warm food literally was exactly what you would want to be served from a Burger King, and they didn't make me drive up and wait.“

“You're in a fast food restaurant, so you take it in stride , how good the experience is. The food was good, but I am giving extra kudos to Wendy's because of the gentleman at the front counter. He was very nice and helpful. He gave us information on how long it would take our order to be up. He gave us 2 free small drinks because we were seniors. I am not sure if it was just that day, or if it is an everyday offer. No person ever told me that at a Wendy's before. It was nice. I'm giving extra kudos for the fact that the restaurant was clean. I have been in some pretty messy fast food places. I appreciate clean. All in all it was a very nice visit.“
