“I made an order through door dash. A Big Mac meal and 2 side sauces. They only delivered the side sauces, no meal. I called and spoke to Mia. I hope I’m sharing that correctly. She was so nice and called door dash and went through all the steps trying to help me to no avail, no fault of her own. But she spent the time to try and help me. These days that’s so rare. So, I put in another order. It showed up with this note and an apple pie I didn’t order. Such a thoughtful but tiny gesture that goes so far. This is how businesses should teach their employees to operate. If you look, you’ll see I never leave reviews. Mia deserved this one. “My subs are always neat and clean and just how I like them. My favorite thing about subway all together is just being able to put exactly what I want and how much I want on there. The rewards program is also fantastic, my husband and I get a free sub every other time we go!!
