“Pros; Great food! Absolutely LOVE their burgers and fries! They also always have a friendly staff and customer service in person is always great. Dining room area is always clean.

Cons; Their app is terrible. It’s klunky, and order times are only every 15 minutes. I ordered 10:36am, it only allowed me to order for 11:00am at the earliest. Came to the store at 10:50 and they hadn’t received my order. I would expect to be able to place my order at home, make the 10 minute drive to the store and my food to be ready when I arrive. That is not the case. Not to the fault of the people working here, the ordering system on the app is just poor. I would have been better off placing my order in the drive thru. They advertise that you should “skip the line and order online”, but it’s definitely less efficient.

Don’t mess with the app, ordering a head doesn’t make it any quicker. Come to the store itself, ordering in the drive thru and you’ll have a much better experience.“

“I loved Wendy's! I got some Chicken Tenders, which were juicy and AMAZING. I also got some pinneapple and peach fanta, which was amazing too. The service was quick, and the people were kind. The atmosphere was cool, we got to sit in some chairs by a cool fireplace. I love Wendy's!!!“

“We just went to this location for the first time in several years, as we typically tended to go to a different location instead. However we discovered this was a great place to get our biscuits and gravy! The customer service was wonderful, the food was very fresh and delicious... The best we've had from any Hardee's in a long time.“

“The service was excellent. I was shocked by how much the prices had increased since I had last been there. The Foot Long was 12 inch long but the bread sure was slimmer in diameter.It will probably be awhile before I go again unless I get buy 1 get 1 free coupons.“

“this is like the fourth time in a row where me and my daughter get two sandwiches and two large fries and the large fries are like half-filled. it's so so frustrating. The large fries are laying in the bag kind of sideways so you can't really tell until you get home and take them out and set them upright. We go about twice a month and love the food but the portion size is just ridiculous lately. It's such a waste of money. We've been going to Wendy's after that last time on July 1st.“

“I like the spicy chicken sandwich and my wife enjoys the little chicken sandwiches that they renamed and now offer slaw on them. She tried the spicy version with slaw but didn't like the spicy sauce on them.
Sometimes they bring it out to you, sometimes they calm out the order. It wasn't busy at all but they called it out. Little thing but the difference between a 5 star and 4 star.“
