“Like many fast food places, this location has faced labor shortages BUT even with only 2 staff members, they were quick (as far as Arby's goes, they are known for quality over speed to begin with), accurate, and courteous. They are also raising money for Ozaukee Family Promise which is a tremendous fundraiser“

“Stopped with my 3 grandchildren. We had some mishaps such as spilling our Shamrock shake shortly after it was brought to us. The staff went above & beyond with super friendly, understanding customer service and the children received a Valentine treat. “Okay honestly…the “only”employee working when I came in today to order Subways New protein wraps was Phenomenal!! His name is MIKE!! It was about Noon-time and he had 3 customers ahead of me to take care of. He was very kind and respectful to each and every one of us! He hustled getting the orders done all the while being engaging as well! He spoke highly of his commitment to Subway and my protein wraps were delicious! He takes great pride in his job and representing Subway.

“I stopped at this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order and decided to grab something for myself while I waited. The timing was perfect—my food was ready right along with the order I needed to deliver. I had just finished my first shift job and hadn’t eaten all day, so I was starving. Huge thanks to the employee who got my dinner out quickly—I really appreciate not having to drive around all night smelling food on an empty stomach! The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was great. Fast, friendly, and efficient—couldn’t ask for more.“

Since I pick up my order usually every Friday, these 2 guys (there is also a girl- not sure of her name but also a sweetheart & kind) always know my order and how to prepare it.
