“We like McDonald's food. So I was disappointed to find cold fries soaked in oil and barely cooked in the food bag. I took them back to the store and Manager Jordan handled the situation calmly and professionally. I was able to get well cooked fries and a replacement for the other food that had gotten cold throughout the wait.“
“On my list to try for quite awhile and wish it hadn't taken so long to get here! Came with my 7yr old for lunch on a Wednesday and it was busy, and now I know why. She had the original mac and cheese and loved it, and she's a picky Mac n cheese eater. I tried a few bites as well and it was great, way better than Noodles and Co. and cheaper than Noodles as well. I had the Chipotle Chicken sandwich and it was excellent. We had some custard for dessert and it was also terrific, only $3.75 for a scoop and you get 3 toppings! Service was extra friendly, seems like a family and treat you like family, the kind of place I like to spend my money at, but don't need to spend a lot because for the quality and quantity of food, it was very reasonable. I look forward to coming back soon with the entire family to try more, great spot!“
“The patty melt and fried onions was out standing. True diner food. like a step back in time. You know the way it was supposed to be. Sooo yummy! It's late in the season we sat outside. So I can't really speak to the atmosphere but inside the diner was was as I knew it back in the day.“
“I love the food so much. They have never gotten my order wrong! Thanks are always so sweet and happy towards me and my grandkids! Whenever I come in workers are usually actively wiping the tables or the floor. Only thing is the workers never wear hair nets. It is disgusting.“
“This is by far the BEST subway I have ever been to. I haven’t been to this location in years and am so thankful I have been back. The staff is outstanding, always smiling positive attitudes always and a greet when I come in! The mobile orders are always done incredibly quick and the food is always cold and amazing. The inside is always clean and smells like a brand new restaurant. Congrats to this team for knocking it out of the park, keep up the incredible work!!“
“This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to. Always consistently good and they always get our call ahead orders right. On top of that, they have excellent customer service! My 8 year old son left his iPod at the store and the owner remembered that he was headed to a baseball game at 5 Corners and he walked over and hand delivered the phone to us! Thank you Subway!“
“Super fast friendly service and the food is always been fresh and consistent. That's really all I expect and this location crushes it every time.I can order on my phone, take 5 to 10 min to do a couple things around the house and make the 7 min drive to pick up the food and it's always done and ready to go. It's just great.“
“I want to say about 90% of the time there has been good service. The other 10% though I was there during lunch and admittedly it was super busy, however after seeing 2 people get their order taken in the drive thru and be told "Sir, you have to wait," and then shouted at, "WE'RE EXTREMELY BUSY SIR." I had no choice but to say, "I'll make your day easier." And left their parking lot. I went to another fast food place immediately after. The other time wasn't as "serious" but still left me disappointed in that I had ordered multiple sides and only received one.Great food, literally top notch. And again, it was just those two times out of many, many others that I took issue and is why I'm only giving 4/5 stars.“
