We like McDonald's food. So I was disappointed to find cold fries soaked in oil and barely cooked in the food bag. I took them back to the store and Manager Jordan handled the situation calmly and professionally. I was able to get well cooked fries and a replacement for the other food that had gotten cold throughout the wait.

This McDonald's certainly has gown downhill over the years. It seems as though they don't care from the preparation to the presentation. Our Shamrock shakes were runny and not even full. I am soooo tired of the buns that are used. The bread is one of things that makes a sandwich great! I was terribly disappointed with the young gal at the window. He words seemed scripted. There was no emotion. Sadly I would rather drive to Grafton than go here.
