Brandon was working the drive thru & his manger Brian gave me my food & trusted me to come back to pay. That doesn't happen much in this world today. Very grateful (& embarrassed). I don’t know if it was their lovingly crafted menu items, or just the phenomenal folk who ply their trade in this heavenly little haven. I was suddenly able to spell words like ‘Saskatchewan’ and ‘Antetokounmpo.’ I realized that the phrase ‘playing good’ should really be ‘playing well.’ It’s been months now, and my doctors are still in awe. They still are unable to explain how I went from a decrepit old man to renewed health and vigor, and at this point, I no longer care. My life was transformed, and yours will be too. “I want to give a shout out to Victoria and Sierra for exceptional customer service at my visit today.
I ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. Victoria was working the drive thru today and met me with the friendliest attitude, both at the intercom and the window.
When interactions are so short it can be hard to get a solid impression of someone, but Victoria’s genuinely friendly and positive demeanor shined.
I wanted to email in to the store to leave a compliment to make sure her supervisors would see but couldn’t find it. So I chose to call the store where I spoke with Sierra. I was met with the same friendliness and hospitality. Sierra told me both her store manager and the district manager were in today and she would be thrilled to pass the compliment along.

I work in customer service too and can appreciate how important it is, especially around the holidays and busy seasons, to take time to write a positive review. After speaking with Sierra I decided I should leave a public compliment to give kudos to both employees, and the store. I went at a busy time, so for both of my interactions with the two different employees to have been so hospitable, and for my drink (my favorite of the year! I get a short praline late with two shots of espresso) to be made perfectly, clearly this store is doing something right.“

“I came to this Starbucks inside Target early in the morning on the coldest Friday, and it absolutely made my entire day. My drink was hands-down the best Starbucks drink I’ve ever had — perfectly made, perfectly warm, and exactly what I needed in that moment.

What truly makes this location exceptional is the employees, especially the lady at the counter that morning. She is genuinely my favorite — so friendly, welcoming, and kind. Her energy was warm and positive, which is especially appreciated so early in the morning and on such a freezing day. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in what she does.

This Starbucks has the best team I’ve experienced at any location. They turned a cold, early morning into a comforting, feel-good experience, and that kind of service really stands out. I will absolutely go out of my way to come back here.

“Truely the nicest customer service I have ever experienced! On a long road trip, I stopped to get a state mug and one barista gave me tips about finding mugs, while another barista wrote a sweet welcome note on my cup! The small things make all the difference. ?“

“Food was great... everything tasted freshly made! Their drinks are great! They also have a good selection of items!
Honestly the only thing that it was missing was a good salsa to go with the skillet.... thats what was missing. (It had a drizzle of some type of southwest dressing.. but a Steak Stillet like that deserves a good salsa to go with it)“

“Our family drives from Green Bay to get the breakfast sandwiches! The Dr. Pep is in the top 10 things I’ve ever had to eat and I would get it everyday if I could!! Donuts are good and coffee is great too!“

“First time at this Dunkin location and we were around the area for an appointment. There are three windows and the lady told us to pull up to the first window but the first window looked like it was just a walk up window for your order in front of the Dunkin building, so we drove past it and got to second window- no one was there so we went to third window and there was no one there either and we ended up making two circles around until we drove behind the customer that was behind us from before.

Knocked one star down on my review because this can be confusing for people who aren’t from the area. Might be helpful to add ‘pay here’ and ‘pick up here’ signs on the windows.“

“I stopped at this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order and decided to grab something for myself while I waited. The timing was perfect—my food was ready right along with the order I needed to deliver. I had just finished my first shift job and hadn’t eaten all day, so I was starving. Huge thanks to the employee who got my dinner out quickly—I really appreciate not having to drive around all night smelling food on an empty stomach! The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was great. Fast, friendly, and efficient—couldn’t ask for more.“
