Service is good, drinks aren't consistent, really really bad FLY problem.
I was having a very bad day and got visibly emotional while ordering. Two employees (I believe Jane and another blonde middle-aged employee) immediately dropped everything to ask if I was okay, if I needed someone to talk to, and made sure I knew I wasn’t alone. They are not just great employees but honorable people.
Great coffee, courteous and friendly.

Parking lot conditions can be messy, with spots very close to the drive-thru line, making it hard to exit when the line is long.
