McDonald's in Grafton area is a hit or miss. Some customers experienced disappointing service, receiving incorrect orders with cold fries and burgers not seasoned properly. The drive-thru can be excessively long, with staff insisting on raw burgers falling apart as the norm. On the bright side, for some, this location is a favorite due to the friendly staff who are willing to accommodate extra requests. The restaurant is conveniently attached to a gas station, making it convenient for customers to pick up other items while they wait.
