An employee of yours Carsman I think his name is, came out to help her get in to the car. I can’t tell you out grateful we both were for his kindness. Thought you should know. “WOW...JUST WOW..THIS PLACE IS GREAT. I have been to many McDonald restaurants in the past but this is the BEST. THE WHOLE STAFF WORKS AS A TEAM. They are polite...friendly...accurate...like an old McDonald's from the 1980's. The staff and manager really need a raise NOT TO LOSE THEM. This mcdonald is in a gas station and still the best in the country in my opinion.

“Like many fast food places, this location has faced labor shortages BUT even with only 2 staff members, they were quick (as far as Arby's goes, they are known for quality over speed to begin with), accurate, and courteous. They are also raising money for Ozaukee Family Promise which is a tremendous fundraiser“

“Just have to say that starting my day with a hot, fresh Egg McMuffin, crispy hash browns and a delicious custom iced coffee is just the BEST! The food (I mostly go for breakfast /drive thru) is always on point and the friendly smiles and efficient customer service keeps me coming back. Thanks Falls Road crew for being the best part of my morning! 😊“
