“The subs were excellent. Service was outstanding! I didn’t get the young guys name but he was extremely funny and I was very impressed. We arrived 30 minutes before close on Friday and still received excellent service. Restaurant was very clean and organized. As a Restaurant Manager it was nice to be on the receiving end. Great job!!“

“Very nice Qdoba. Staff friendly and courteous. Portions are exactly what they should be ( maybe a tad extra, which is awesome). Very clean kitchen area. Dining area Very clean. Plenty of seating available and tables and floor are very clean. Food was delicious. I had burrito bowl in a taco salad shell. Bathrooms Very good for the amount people here and passing through. Thanks, Qdoba. Recommend this Qdoba.“

“My husband and I took our 2 year old son there for lunch today and staff member Issac made it such a nice experience. My son loves lizards and Issac happened to have a lizard tattoo on his forearm and we asked him if our son could see it closer up, and he was more than happy to. Issac also got a Culvers Turtle plush toy and gave it to him so nicely. Very sweet person, very attentive and great staff member.“

“Seem to always have something wrong. This time they gave me a large fry .... Box. Lol not even full to the front edge of the box. Not sticking up. I mean flat about half inch down from the front of the fry box. I mean wth. Fries are already ridiculously priced. I should at least get the amount i friggen pay for. I thought half the box musta fell into bag. First time ever I didn't even get enough fries for them to even have one in the bag. Ugh.“

“Every time I order and pick up pizza at the West Bend WI store I always have a good experience. Every employee is happy, prompt, and provides EXCELLENT service. I always leave the store with a smile on my face. Cudos! We've all encountered disgruntled, uninterested attitudes of 'fast food' workers. I just haven't seen it there! Keep it up!“

“Best subway in west bend this one actually better than the other one the man who works here is very nice and ask us if this is enough sauce he is very respectful and kind I love this subway I’m sorry I’m glazing but I recommend going to this one if you want good quality food thanks you love you subway on paradise“

“Went thru the drive thru tonight and a young one McKayla was working and she was amazing!!! She took my order then I sat in parking lot for my order and watched this young lady make my order. She kept apologizing but she deserves her flowers!!! Keep being amazing!!! You are the true definition of what customer service should be!!!“

“We always come for the Cones and are never disappointed. Though I wish they would stop being surprised when we ask for 8 cones. We have a large family!!! We shouldn't be judged for it. As for the atmosphere, I always find it rather dirty, and full of germs.“

“I really appreciated the way that the sandwich maker that I had spread all of the ingredients over evenly, it's kind of my pet peeve when they just do it all willy-nilly and don't make it like they're making it for themselves. It seemed as if she was making a sandwich for herself and I appreciated that.:)“

“I don't know names, but a you man took my order, he was very nice. A lady made my sandwich...it was the BEST freaking sandwhich I ever had in my life!!! I had thst thing gone by the time I made it home. Was going to call and let them know they did a GREAT job with service and food quality, but by then it was closing time. Good job Jimmy Johns! Loved it!“

“I was doordashing today and got an order here for 15 large pizzas. The dude working, believe his name was Cam who was working all by himself, was able to complete the order quickly while making other peoples food and was in a very good mood doing so. Was very awesome to see, he seemed like a great worker“
