I feel we are living in a time where customer service is no longer required or expected at establishments. Culver's did not get the memo though. I am always warmly welcomed by multiple members of the staff. The food has never disappointed, and the building and grounds kept clean, tidy, and orderly. Culver's West Bend has a new regular in me. :-)
gr8 food, cater to gluten freeDietary restrictions: Culver's has always been great with gluten fee, they will even cater to an allergy and get out gloves and isolate the food!

Culver's is such a delight as someone who is not from the area. The cheese curds and custard are some of the highest quality I have ever gotten, and they make me so happy when I have the opportunity to get them!
