I LOVE THIS PLACE. Their pistachio matcha latte is TO DIE FOR. My only complaint is there aren't any Collectivos in West Bend.Kid-friendliness: My son LOVES to go and get a cookie and sit outside by the fire.
The thing I love about Colectivo is the consistency of quality, friendliness, and price.I was in Grafton for a work event and as I expected, was able to get a tasty fresh vegetarian sandwich and a great iced coffee economically and within the amount of time I was allotted for my break.

You know, these guys make this fantastic chicken sandwich with bacon and a sweet green sauce that is out of this world. I must eat this sandwich three times a week. It's on a baguette that's lightly toasted and excellent as well.
