Its just ok. Fish sandwich was cold and hard...guy who got my food kept moping the floor didn't wash his hands It's ok...i wont be back.

Service was good, but unfortunately, I believe I got food poisoning from this place. It was the last place I ate at, and since then, I've been experiencing some terrible stomach symptoms. I will not be eating at a McDonald's ever again.

This McDonald's certainly has gown downhill over the years. It seems as though they don't care from the preparation to the presentation. Our Shamrock shakes were runny and not even full. I am soooo tired of the buns that are used. The bread is one of things that makes a sandwich great! I was terribly disappointed with the young gal at the window. He words seemed scripted. There was no emotion. Sadly I would rather drive to Grafton than go here.

Not sure why this place can't function. No staff, or incompetent staff. Currently going on 35 minutes in the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for 8 minutes before my order was even taken. Every inside customer is served immediately, drive thru is like 40 minutes and being ignored. Figure it out or close, you guys suck at this.

Came here on my lunch break, ordered two mcgriddles. There were no cars or customers when I arrived and the restaurant was fully staffed. After 25 minutes of waiting and watching 10 other cars order and get their food, I asked about mine. I was told they were out of the type of egg that goes on the mcgriddle, no apology for the wait and no option for a refund. I would’ve been fine going somehwere else but instead I waited and was ignored for 25 minutes, my whole lunch break. Don’t go here the employees are beyond incompetent.

Twice in a row they have canceled my pickup order. It’s literally just a coffee. Not to mention there was no one else in the drive through. Everyone is probably taking their business elsewhere too lol.

Shouldn't take 20 minutes to get 2 ice cream cones. The entry way smelled and there were dirty tables everywhere. There wasn't even anyone inside except us so the delay had zero excuse.

This is one of the worse MacDonalds!! The worse location ever.Almost all the time it is empty with no customers and to our last exsperience they Closed up and Locked the doors to customers and Only had drive through open they were understaffed again and this was in the afternoon on a weekend.We come from out of town so going inside for a hot fresh Lunch is a Joke!! Their food is old and cold and the managers are Rude with an attitude and they only have Drive through open....Closed this MacDonalds down it's not worth anyone's time!!

The woman in drive-thru needs a major attitude adjustment and to learn how to interact with customers. My family ordered our food and while waiting at the pickup window, my husband asked for a few packets of ketchup. The woman responded with "you should of asked us before," and put ketchup on the counter by the soda machine and walked away. A young guy came to the window thinking we were the next customer and we said we were just waiting for ketchup. He looked puzzled and picked the packets up off the counter and gave them to us. Was it that hard to hand your customers some ketchup, lady? Service was terrible here; this employees attitude is why they can never keep workers. Unreal.
