“I am an ambulance driver and I came in on my lunch break as I was going through town. The young girl behind the counter was dealing with a disgruntled customer and a lobby full of customers . She handled herself so professionally. The customer was rude and disrespectful for no reason. So koodoos to the girl working alone on Sun March 8 2026 around 5pm in Kiel for standing your ground and being super professional. You rock!! Also my sub was absolutely delicious 😋“

“Door dash liaison again and I have been to this location multiple times today.The dinning room was pretty clean and every time, even through lunch. The bathroom was actually clean and stocked. Everyone was busy but pleasant, no nonsense work ethic was definitely noticed. Didn’t have to wait long for orders.

Parking: Be careful walking in as you’ll need to cross the dive thru lane. There are quite a few people to busy to notice your walking across.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps on all curbs so entering isn’t a problem from the parking lot. There are a few tables in the dinning room the right night with chairs you need to move out of the way. The bathrooms have ample space with doors plenty wide enough.“

“Never again DQ of Chilton. Never. I am currently sitting in your drive through at the brown door. 20 minutes for a burger and fries. My blizzard is beyond melted as I received that with my drink at the window. I will forever take my business to BrillionDQ. Chilton deserves nothing more chances.Get home, 3 minutes away and fries are cold and onion on my burger that I specifically asked for NO ONIONS! This place is crooked and a huge waste of money!“

“It's not a bad sandwich shop. The girls were knowledgeable and friendly. Shame they don't participate in promotions. Sandwiches were good. Light on the meat but hey who isn't. I'll probably be back to try those peppermint brownies before the season ends.“
