I have tried calling multiple times the past several months to preorder food for pick up, multiple occasions...& no answer each time. I go to the store to place an order since phone didn't work, and the workers are sitting in a booth, talking or on their phones. Poor customer service. Food was fine.
Ramon is one of the coolest customer service workers I've ever met. He was able to remember 1st time customers order like was was months of us coming. I perpersonally think that Ramon deserves a huge pay raise. Keep up the great work.
