I reviewed the wrong Jersey Mike’s.I love going to this Jersey Mike’s it is the best. The only complaints I have is the Tuna salad is loaded with black pepper and burns my mouth really bad. Also I noticed that no women work there. Maybe they do in the afternoon? The guys there are all very nice & helpful. I really like the #8 sub club.

Former employee here. I watched Jenni Keeler smoke marijauna with highschool students in her car while I took out garbage. Upper management did not care. Protect your children. Expect to have your employee rights violated by Erica Cashman. Call a lawyer level of infringement of rights.

It has one of my favorite warps there (chicken ceser warp), and it has me coming back for more. They are fast but not always, this time they were. Also other thing, this is the first time going in so I have to say this, the music was a bit loud.Parking: Very busy.Kid-friendliness: The person taking our order was very kind and nice.Wheelchair accessibility: They have the curbside open so any and all wheelchair owners can be able to make it work.

Always fast & friendly service. Website is easy and group orders are a snap. I can even remotely order food for hard working student employees. Food that is good, eat on the go and doesn't leave you needing a nap.

Really disappointing you made your delivery range even smaller. I use to be able to order delivery but nope not anymore because you won't deliver to me anymore. Will now being ordering from Erberts and gerberts like many other people, maybe should think about expanding instead of going smaller!

Went into the store right when they opened to place an take out order for lunch. Ordered 2 little johns, 1 veggie and 3 ham and cheese slim sandwiches. Once home, We were all sitting at the table for lunch and open the wrapped sandwiches, and 4 of the sandwiches were wrong..one of the little johns was all wrong and got 3 tuna slims. Called the store, got the run around, was told nobody there make any tuna sandwiches that day, and if I could bring them back to the store…kind of hard to do when you have company over for lunch. Very displeased with the food, and customer service…

Myself and A Male friend went too Jimmy John's in Appleton. I was reading their menu and didn't order fast enough...Very rude Customer Service.I didn't order anything .I walked out of Jimmy John's. Didn't look back .

I work for a very large company near this location, and time and time again, my orders, along with many other co workers orders get here late. Leaving less than half of our lunch half hour to eat and enjoy our food. After today I’m done with Jimmy John’s, I’m sure Jersey Mike’s, or someone else might enjoy my business

Very quick and friendly service as were looking for an extremely fast lunch. They made our subs quickly and got them slung out for us. Unfortunately, we both felt sick later that day after eating this for lunch, but bounced back quick enough. Space was clean though, and again, people were very friendly. It's exactly what you'd expect though prices just keep going up. Not much each store can change on that though, so not holding that against them.

Usually I have no issues at this location, but tonight I waited 10-15 minutes before I even saw an employee for a WEB order that was not placed in the pick up window. This employee was stocking, trying to man the line, and manning the resister. This speaks volumes about the management, especially since every other response on your reviews is an auto generated response. The employee came out, saw me, said it will be a few moments, then disappeared for another 5 minutes without asking me why I was there.While I was waiting to be served, 3 other customers came and left because no employees were found. They went to neighboring restaurants rather than wait. Had I not done a web order, I would have done the same thing.The sub I ordered sat in front of me for over 15 minutes fully prepped. By the time I got home, I could tell it had been out for a while. It was dry, soggy, and not like the usual JJ's. I am very disappointed with this experience. I will not be returning here and will be finding a more local, reliable alternative.

Great sandwich! Ordered the veggie and had plenty of veg. One of the better locations I’ve been to. Friendly staff, even while busy.
